This website is operated by Oreliya Clothing, Sri Lanka. Throughout the site, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Oreliya Clothing. By visiting the website, creating an order or purchasing a product, you agree to these Terms & Conditions together with our Returns & Exchange Policy and Privacy Policy.
Online store use
You may use this website only for lawful personal shopping. You must not upload malicious code, misuse the website, attempt unauthorised access, scrape customer information, infringe intellectual-property rights or use our products or services for an illegal purpose. We may restrict access or refuse service where misuse or fraud is reasonably suspected.
Products & availability
Our clothing is offered subject to availability. We make reasonable efforts to show product images, colours, sizes, materials and measurements accurately; however, colours may vary slightly because of lighting and screen settings. We may limit quantities, discontinue products or correct product information when necessary.
Prices & payments
All prices are displayed in Sri Lankan Rupees (LKR). Delivery charges, discounts and the final total are shown before an order is placed. Available payment options may include Cash on Delivery and approved third-party payment services. When you select a third-party payment option, that provider may apply its own eligibility checks, terms, instalment schedule and privacy practices. Oreliya Clothing does not store full card credentials.
Orders & confirmation
Please provide complete and accurate names, phone numbers, email, billing and delivery information. An automated receipt does not prevent us from verifying the order, payment or stock. We may contact you by phone, email or WhatsApp and may cancel or limit an order involving unavailable stock, incorrect information, a payment failure or suspected fraud. Any payment due after a valid cancellation will be handled through the original payment method where practical.
Delivery
Online orders are normally delivered within 3–5 working days from order confirmation or successful transaction. A dispatch update may be sent to the phone number supplied at checkout. Courier delays, public holidays, severe weather, inaccessible locations or incorrect customer information may extend this period. Delivery charges, where applicable, are displayed at checkout.
Exchanges & custom items
Eligible exchanges are governed by our Returns & Exchange Policy. We operate on an exchange-only basis and do not provide cash refunds or money-back for returned products. Discounted/final-sale items and personalised or custom-printed products are not exchangeable for a change of mind. A verified damaged, defective or incorrectly supplied item will be corrected through the remedies stated in that policy.
Accuracy & changes
We may correct typographical errors or inaccuracies relating to descriptions, prices, promotions, delivery charges or availability, including after an order is submitted. If a material correction affects a confirmed order, we will contact you and offer an appropriate option. Product prices and website features may change without prior notice.
Third-party services
The store is powered by WordPress and WooCommerce and may use payment, hosting, email, analytics and courier services supplied by third parties. Links or redirects to third-party services are governed by those providers’ own terms. We are not responsible for an independent provider’s website, approval decision or service outside our reasonable control.
Intellectual property
Oreliya Clothing names, logos, product photographs, graphics, designs and website content may not be copied, reproduced, resold or commercially exploited without written permission. Customer-supplied artwork for custom products must be owned by the customer or used with the rights holder’s permission.
Liability & governing law
Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded. To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for indirect loss caused by misuse of the website or circumstances outside our reasonable control. These terms are governed by the laws of Sri Lanka. If one provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply.
